He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Ellis Hege, Sr. and Nora Blakley Hege; his wife Kathryn Williams Hege; his stepmother Beatrice Hege; his siblings, Edith Lehman, Wiley Hege, Jr. and Richard Hege (Toni); and his nephews, Terry and David Lehman.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary Hege (Cathy Johnson), Steven Hege (Lauren Nelson), Timothy Hege (Michelle) and Kenneth Hege (Michelle); his stepchildren, Dale Ring (Tammy), Karen Ring (Becky Reavis) and Darrell Ring (Jennifer Cheong); his grandchildren, Corey Hege, Kameron Hege and Thomas Hege; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel Lawson, Sarah Lawson, Jackson Ring, Jordan Ring, Garrett Ring, Conner Ring, Sarah Roumillat and Lucas Cheong; his sister-in-law Edith Hege; and his niece Vicki Hege. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
