He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Casey Shoaf Sr. and Bessie Golden Leonard Shoaf; his wife Maxine Smith Shoaf; his children, Freddie Clarence Shoaf and Melinda Ann Shoaf; and his siblings, Telo, Bud, Tom, Charles Henry, James, Louise, Mable, Kat and Maxine.
He is survived by: his siblings, Tina May, Billy Wayne and Donald Ray.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sandy Creek Cemetery (648 Giles Rd, Lexington, NC 27295).
