She is survived by: her children, Barbara Mathis (Richard), Johnny Levens, Sherrie Couch (Ronnie), David Levens (Anita) and Debbie Jarvis (Jim); and her sister-in-law Clara Barr. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
