He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parks and Clara Parks; his sister Patsy Cheek; and his wife Virgie Parks. He is survived by: his children, Keith Parks (Joni) and Kay Jarvis; his grandchildren, Brad Parks (Melinda), Chad Jarvis (Kristen), Troy Jarvis (Aleighsa Hager), Sam Jarvis (Dayna Crater) and Tracie Welch (Jimmie); his great grandchildren, Camden, Harper Welch, Kamryn Jarvis and Justin Ladd; and also, Jean Livengood and Ruby Watson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
