She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Sample, Sr. and Pearl Blanche Craddock Thomas of Stokesdale, NC.; her husband Theodore G. Kellogg, Sr. of Raleigh; and her siblings, Sample, Mary, Charles, Mima, Annie Lee and Helen.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore, Jr. (Dianne) of Advance, NC and Karen Soderstrom (Lawrence) of Fernandina Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Erik, James, Mary Soderstrom, Theodore and Lain Kellogg; her niece Phyllis Greene of Stokesdale, NC; and her nephew Charles Thomas.
