He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Hagaman Klevinski and Edward H. Klevinski, Sr.; his wife Sami Klevinski; and his sister Marion. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Talley (Gary Woods) of Winston-Salem and Lita Crockett (Stafford Williams) of Winston-Salem; and his brother Mark (Dianne) of Guyton, Georgia..
