She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Barker and Dora Barker. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth F. Wagner; her daughters, Lorie W. Shelton (Will) and Angela W. Clark (Kenny); her sister Diane Beeker (Charles); and her grandchildren, Jacob Shelton, William Shelton and Gabrielle Clark. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
