He is survived by: his wife Lydia Ford; his children, Towana Eberhardt, Levet Townsend, George Perez, David Smith, Meeka Perez and Dylan Perez; his brother Richard Ford, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Neyea, Devin, Kyrell, Aminah, Javon, Davon, Alayna and Jayce. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
