He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherman Wesley Alverson and Annas Walker Alverson. He is survived by: his children, Tatum Alverson, Tabetha Alverson Martin (Travis), Danny Alverson, Jr. (Gao) and Tiffany Alverson; his grandchildren, Teagan Rivera, Taehlyn Martin and Tucker Martin; his siblings, Randy Alverson, Tommy Alverson and Jill Alverson; his niece Anna Foutz (Justin); and his sons, Cody and Christopher Blackburn.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Mountain Valley Hospice, 243 N. Lee Ave., Yadkinville, NC 27055.
