He is survived by: his father Charles Cochran; his wife Janice Templon Cochran; his children, Patrick O'Neill Cochran of Charlotte, NC and Jennifer Ashley Graham (Ryan); his grandchildren, Hailey, Madison and Jake of Portland, Oregon; his daughter Megan Elizabeth Cochran (Richard); his grandchildren, Liam, Ella and Maxton of Cabot, AR; his brothers, Dean and Jerry Cochran; his brother-in-law Jeff Templon; his nieces, Lisa and Julie; his brother-in-law Christopher Templon (Andrea); and his nieces, Valerie and Harmony.
