She is survived by: her brother Delmar Long of Cedar Rapids; her children, Jerry Blevins (Susie), Jimmy Blevins (Tammy), Jill Bolick (Gary), Jan Waller (Nick), Becca Worley (Bland) and Chuck Blevins (Karen); her grandchildren, Clint Harmel, Ryan Bolick (Alexis), Emily Worley Forrest (Eddy), Brooke Blevins and Jacob Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Bland and Hunter Forrest. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
