Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Baptist Church (1912 N North Carolina Hwy 150, Lexington, NC 27295).
Chuck loved flowers, but donations in his memory may also be made to Charity Baptist Church, 1912 N NC Hwy 150, Lexington, NC 27295.
