A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A reception was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Winston-Salem Chapel (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be donated to the Missions Ministry, Calvary Baptist Church at 134 S. Peace Haven Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
