She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Sebert Atkins and Opal Simmons Atkins. She is survived by: her husband John Eaves; her daughter Tammy Lugin (Jake); her stepson Matt Eaves; her sisters, Jonia Widener (Jeff), Nancy Thornton and Gaye Kelley (Jim); her grandchildren, McKenzie, Genevieve Lugin and Dalton Eaves; her pet Sienna; and her son Chris Muse.
