He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnie E. Clark Sr. and Era May Denny Clark. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Crouch Clark; his children, Jason Clark (Amy) and Jennifer Tarr (Bill); his granddaughter Katie Tarr; his sisters, Virginia, Donna and Helen Baker; his aunt Odessa Burden (Joe); and his brother-in-law Morton Crouch.
