He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollis Velton Fine and Pearl Pauline Burton Fine; his son Bobby Ray Fine, Jr.; and his siblings, Hollis Fine, Ed Fine, George Fine, Lois Golden and Frances Fine.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lambeth Fine; his daughter Barbara Wood (Douglas) of Clemmons; his grandchildren, Bradley Gregory (Kristin), Stacy Gregory, Brian Lambeth (Amanda) and Bobby Fine III (Jenni); his great grandchildren, Blake Gregory, Morgan Gregory, Jack Lambeth, James Story, Silas Story, Scarlette Fine, Cassidy Gregory, Lorelei Fine, Hollis Fine and Archer Fine; and his brother Richard Fred Fine.
