She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Prush, Sr.; her son Daniel Edward Prush; her great grandchild Brandon Daniel Prush; and her siblings, Richard 'Buddy', Francis Fine, Rachel 'Toby Carter, Eva 'Noodi Vawter and Thelma Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Wooten (Jean) of Farmington, Tommy Wooten (Vivian) of Walkertown, John A. Prush, Jr., Steven Charles Prush, Mary A. Bowman (Tracy), Joanne P. McNeal (John) of King, Susan Hale (Darren) of Lexington and Hope P. Girard (Larry) of Pfafftown; and her close friend Gayle Mock. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
