He was predeceased by: his wife Shelby Vestal Parham; his parents, James Elwood Parham and Martha Goode Parham; his siblings, Conrad Parham, Richard Parham (Sambo), Harold Parham, Rachel Boyles, Thelma Neal, Mary Alice Boles and Jeanette Spaugh; and his great grandchild Jud Gough.
He is survived by: his son Brad Parham of Atlanta; his stepchildren, Jennifer Pendergrass (Butch) of Tobaccoville and Lorne Temple (Tammy) of East Bend; his grandchildren, Lena Gough (Steve), Corey Pendergrass (Brittany), Kyle Temple (Lauren) and Ben Temple; and his sister Virginia Crews.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the charity of your choice in Alvin's name.
