He was predeceased by: his sibling Joan M. Williams. He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine V. Reil (Ryan); his children, Billy L. Reil (Joleen Reil) of Clayton, NC, Kristin E. Reil of Dorchester, Isabella Reil and Maeve Reil; and his sibling Mary C. Spears.
