It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas William Jack of Clayton, North Carolina, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Thomas W. Jack; his wife Shirley J. Jack (Smith); and his brother Paul W. Jack. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Delano (Chris) of Clayton, NC and Melissa Freeman (Richard) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandsons, Joel Coimbre and Andrew Coimbre; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Stanhope of Fl. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
