It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Earl Carroll (Clayton, North Carolina), who passed away on January 28, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, O. C. Carroll and Mary Byrd Carroll; his brother Wayne Carroll; and his nephew Jeff Beasley. He is survived by: his siblings, Yvonne Adams (Buster) of Selma, Linda Wilkins of Selma, Faye Beasley of Selma, Barbara Ferrell (Ed) of Selma, Phyllis Keen (Charlie) of Selma, Pamela Pierce (Bobby) of Selma, Robert Carroll (Debbie) of Selma, Donnie Carroll (June) of Selma, Ricky Carroll (Rita) of Selma and Shelton Carroll of Wendell; and his sister-in-law Teresa Carroll of Clayton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
