He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert James Kinney and Marian Stacy Kinney. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Powell Kinney of Clayton; his son Jeff Powell; his daughter-in-law Sil Powell; his sister Pam Hartsock; his grandchildren, Anthony Powell (Kieu Tran), Melissa and Alyssa Powell; and his pet Jackie. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
