Jack (Clayton, North Carolina), born in Eastport, Maine, who passed away on October 10, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Smith and Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by: her husband Thomas W. Jack; her daughters, Catherine Delano (Chris) and Melissa Freeman (Richard); her grandsons, Joel Coimbre and Andrew Coimbre; and her sisters, Rebecca Stanhope and Patricia McCoubrey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
