He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman McLamb and Beaulah Williford; his brother Carroll McLamb; and his former wife Dorothy Driver. He is survived by: his wife Karon Ellis; and his children, Steve Tant (Rose) of Raleigh, Tony Tant (Donna H.) of Garner, Aubrey Tant (Donna) and Joanie Reed (John) of Raleigh. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
