He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Workman and Lawrence Workman; and his sister-in-law Betty Workman. He is survived by: his brother Lawrence Franklin "Frank" Workman; his sons, Keith Workman and Rick Workman (Sandra); his sister Gail Workman Meeks (Sam); his children, Samantha Dawn Meeks, Samuel Workman Meeks, Neil Workman (Marylynn), Ruth Anne Bowen (Kyle) and Kathy Blecke (Scott); and his grandchildren, Jimmy Workman and Emma Blecke.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Transitions LifeCare of Wake or Johnston County, North Carolina (Hospice), or to Foundation of Hope, Raleigh, NC.
