She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Stephenson and Magnolia Johnson Stephenson. She is survived by: her husband J. Clarence Williams; and her children, Alvin Phillips (Judy) and Dianne Hogg (Rupert) of Clayton. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
