He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Barbour and Rachel Barbour. He is survived by: his wife Vera; his children, Victor Barbour (Frances) of Clayton, NC and Renee Sutton of Zebulon, NC; his granddaughter Crystal (Kenny) of Zebulon, NC; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Fox and Trevor.
