He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Fagan and Robert Fagan Sr.; his wife Carol (Ulrich); his children, Tracey Reynolds (Fagan), Sean and Cody; his son-in-law Ian Reynolds; his grandchildren, Lillian and Bennett; his siblings, Kevin Fagan (Dianne Fagan) of Pennsylvania, Maureen Ruppe (Patrick Ruppe Sr.) of Kentucky, Bernadette Miller (Bryan Miller) of Virginia, Patricia Yager of Florida and Sharon David (Stuart David) of South Carolina; and his brother-in-law Richard Ulrich (Barbara Ulrich) of New Jersey. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Bob's memory can be made to the American Heart Association, a charity that was very dear to his mother's heart.
