He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl DeLay and Mary Dunn Delay; and his brother Daniel DeLay. He is survived by: his wife Loretta DeLay; his children, Faye Hatcher (Brian) and Andrew DeLay (Sue) of Clearwater, Florida; and his grandchildren, Megan Hatcher and Robert Andrew DeLay (Buster).
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Robert's honor to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
