He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lipscomb Baumgartner; his children, William Baumgartner (Grandchildren) of Killeen, TX, David Baumgartner (Amber) of Arapahoe, NC and Olivia Amara (Joseph) of Clayton, NC; his brother Tom Bumgarner (Dede) of Clayton, NC; and his sister-in-law Sara Baumgartner of Alliance, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
