He was predeceased by: his parent Dean Rinehart. He is survived by: his mother Martha McBurney Rinehart; his wife Reba Rinehart; his stepchildren, John Gaddis and Giovanna Gaddis; and his siblings, Dean Bradley Rinehart, Kerry Rinehart and Nancy Draime. He is also survived by two nieces, a nephew and many cousins.
