He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Arthur and Betty Stott (Burr); and his stepfather James Stott. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Arthur of Clayton; his children, Timothy Arthur (Jessica) of Clayton and Angela of Liverpool; his grandchildren, Mira and Nolan Arthur of Clayton; and his siblings, Kenneth Stott of Albany and Robin Conlon (Gary) of Albany.
