He was predeceased by: his father Raymond; his siblings, Raymond Allen "Big" Temple, Tommy Temple and Durlyn Hunt; and his sister-in-law Anna Temple.

He is survived by: his wife Linda R. Temple; his daughters, Tammy Smith (Tommy), Dorene Temple, Dawn Temple (Chris) and Amanda Johnson; and his siblings, Robert Temple (Linda), James Temple, Douglas Temple and Robin Stracensky (Pete). He is also survived by 9 loving grandchildren.
