We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023, at the age of 84, Raymond Warbington Jr. of Clayton, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Roebuck Warbington and Raymond Carl Warbington, Sr. (R. C.); and his brother Everett Paul Warbington. He is survived by: his wife June S. Warbington; his sister Ann Warbington Johnson (James); his sons, Raymond Keith Warbington and Ronald Craig Warbington (Qing); his grandchildren, Ryan Christopher Warbington and Carroll Reeves Warbington; his nieces and nephews, Paula Warbington Ellis (Bryant), Symmes Johnson Bauereiss (Brian), Casey Johnson Maddox (David), Sherrie W Wampler (Benjamin), Everett Wade Warbington (Shaundra) and Jay Michael Wampler (Amy); his sister-in-law Janet Scruggs Wampler (Jerry); and his daughter-in-law Jennifer Chang Maggs (Bruce). He is also survived by great-nieces; great-nephews, and cousins.
The family asks that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association or Heartland Hospice.
