She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Perkins and Ruth Perkins; her brothers, Paul Perkins and David Perkins; and her children, Michael David Moore and Melinda Rae Moore (Lawrence Welch).
She is survived by: her sister Sandra Roszman (Doug) of Tacoma, Washington; and her children, Melissa Willey (Randy) of Clayton, Kelly Moore (Stacie) of Eatonville and Jonathan Moore of Cary, NC. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
