She was predeceased by: her parents, George Joseph Szotak and Elinore Ruth Lee; her stepmother Ida Szotak (Santino Ascolese); her nephew CJ Szotak; and her grandson Ronald Ascolese, Jr. (Patty).
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Kimberly Alyson Flanagan and Jennifer Lin Johnston; her grandchildren, Haleigh, Lauren, Brianna, Thomas and Lydia; her great grandchildren, Irelyn, Revianne and Eden; her siblings, Elinore Payne and George Szotak, Jr.; her nieces, Allynn and Kiersten Szotak; and her nephew Gary Gumbrecht, Jr. (Patty).
