It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Adams Broadwell (Clayton, North Carolina), born in Wilsons Mills, North Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Washington Adams and Ora Strickland Adams; her husband Kenneth; and her siblings, Dwight Kenneth Adams and Peggy Adams Price.
She is survived by: her pets, Oreo, Tika and Midnight; her brother Jimmy David Adams (Nancy); her daughters, Joan Kay Vause, Rose Marie Norris and Wendy Gail Parker; and her grandchildren, Kelly Price Baker, Kristi Marie Messer (Jerry), Justin Vause, Leslie Hinnant, Laura Honeycutt (Brian) and Lisa Hinnant. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 US 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, NC 27520). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 US 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, NC 27520).
