It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Harrell Rawls (Clayton, North Carolina), who passed away on June 3, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harrell and Louise Harrell; her husband Joseph Luther "Pete" Rawls; her son Joseph Luther "Mickey" Rawls, Jr.; her brother Joseph Allen Harrell; and her sons-in-law, Glenn Wooten, Delton Ray Jones and Jerry Sweet.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Wooten, Tammy Deans (Dale Acton), Lou Harrell (David) and Patrick Dale Rawls (Annette); her sister Edna H. Brown (Jim); and her grandchildren, Joey Wooten (Angie), Jennifer Wall (Jonathan), Jeremy Sweet (Laura), CJ Deans (Jamie), Kelly Repka (Jeremy), Rachel Crocker (Jerry), Richard Deans (Kendra), Patrick Rawls and Hope Rawls. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
