He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Emmett Dunham and Mary Rose Zekas Dunham; his wife Patricia Anne Sauter Dunham; his son Joseph Daniel Dunham; his granddaughters, Debbie Dunham and Melissa Dunham; his great grandchild Julia Dunham; and his siblings, Joe Bernatitus and Ann Pilkerton.

He is survived by: his sons, Leo Michael Dunham (Nancylee) and Paul Dunham (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Laurie Dunham, Sarah Abrahams, Rebecca Dunham, Christopher Dunham, Conner Dunham and Alexandria Dunham; his great grandchildren, Mason Abrahams, Sophia Dunham, Mariah Woodard and Ezra Shields; and his siblings, Jane Boesch, Robert Dunham (Bobby) and Richard Dunham.
