He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence P. Baker and Ruby Privette Baker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Harvey Baker; his children, Gerald Wayne Baker, David Randall Baker (Cheryl), William McKinley Drummond and Nolda Ann Stuart (Mark); and his brother Gary Allen Baker (Tina). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws.
