He was predeceased by: his parents, LaDell Parker and Mamie Nixon Parker; and his son Allen Parker. He is survived by: his wife Judy Parker; his sons, Michael Parker (Elizabeth) of Youngsville and Dwaine Parker of Clayton; his grandchildren, David Parker of Concord, Magen Parker of Clearwater, FL, Kymberlli Parker of Clayton, Vanessa Parker of Charlotte and Emily Parker of Youngsville; and his great grandchild Kinley Jones.
