He was predeceased by: his parents, James Todd and Iola Ivey Todd; and his son Larry Douglas Todd. He is survived by: his wife Edna Barbour Todd; and his children, Kenneth Duane Todd (Cheryl), Wanda Todd Strickland (John) and Vickie Todd Bank (Roger).
Due to COVID-19 face coverings are required during the funeral service as well as observing current social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC.
