He is survived by: his significant other Loretta Luther; his children, John Paul Stevens, Frederick Stevens, Chrissy Eddins and Erica Crouch Campbell (Bobby); his siblings, Daniel T. Stevens (Mary Beth), Paul McLaughlin (Danielle), Brian McLaughlin (Tina), Danny McLaughlin and Mary McLaughlin; and his grandsons, Joe Cross, Wyatt, Warren and Douglas Campbell.
