He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Elizabeth Radford Brown and David Richard Radford of Selma, NC.; his stepfather Ossie C. Brown; his grandfather John R. Radford; and his sisters, Helen Radford Crocker and Yvonne Brown Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Addie Williamson Radford of Clayton, NC; his daughters, Nancy Radford Frazier of Clayton, NC, Paula Radford Bowen (Craig) of Goldsboro, NC and Barbie Radford Sloop (Bob) of Indianlantic, FL; and his siblings, Jessie C. Brown (Pat) of Morehead, NC, Charlie Howard Brown (Nubia) of Maryland, Bettie Jo Brown Nutt of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Judy Brown Howell (Roy) of Apex, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
