He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linda Johnson Holliday of Clayton, NC and Russell Holliday (Charlotte); his siblings, Austin Holliday (Kurstine) and Quanda Cooper of Charlotte, NC; his stepsister Jocelyn Kersey of Oxford, NC; his nephew Sebastian Holliday of Hampton, VA; and his stepgrandmother Lola Kersey of Raleigh, NC. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.

“I was jared’s teacher in clayton middle school for an elective called global connections. I remember a bright and curious teen, ready to smile, kind to his classmates and a very hard worker.
