Isabella Grace Ziccardi Obituary
Isabella Grace Ziccardi, 17 years old, was tragically taken from us on April 22, 2023 following a car crash.
She was born in Mesa, AZ and moved with her family to NC in 2008. Bella spent her childhood in Apex and Cary, NC, before recently moving to Clayton, NC. She was preceded by her grandparents, Joseph and Violetta Ziccardi.
She is survived by her parents, Michael and Luanne Ziccardi; her siblings, Zachary, Kaitlyn and Michael Ziccardi; her grandparents, Ronald and MaryLou MacKenzie; her uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and coworkers.
Isabella was a talented artist and violinist. She was so beautiful, funny, kind and unique. She had a brilliant mind. She couldn't wait to graduate and pursue the many different interests she had in life. Bella was a vibrant soul whose eclectic taste showed in everything she did. She had interesting and quirky taste in music that spanned over many different genres. She loved going to live concerts and enjoyed playing in the orchestra. Her view of the world was very rare and different from others. Bella had a huge heart and cared so deeply for what she loved, whether it be trying to cheer up family or friends, bringing home plants that needed nurturing or saving bugs that needed help. She had a passion for recycling and loved to repurpose things and make them her own. Since she was a toddler, coming home from preschool with pockets full of rocks, Bella has had a passion for collecting and displaying rocks, crystals and gemstones. Her creativity knew no bounds. From painting, drawing, digital graphics, sculpting, baking, cooking or sewing, they all reflected her expressive talent. Everything she created was incredibly radiant and special. Isabella was an inspiration and a shining light in an often dark world. She will forever be remembered and loved by those who were fortunate enough to know her.
Visitation hours will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm at Brown -Wynne Funeral Home, 300 Saint Mary's St, Raleigh, NC 27605. A funeral service will be held in her honor on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11am, also at Brown-Wynne.
