He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Ted" McCullen and Bobbie Denning McCullen of Raleigh. He is survived by: his wife Martha Varner McCullen; his children, Seth McCullen (Ashley), Chad McCullen (Kindelle), Meredith McCullen (Scott Smith) and Christian McCullen (Jessica); his grandchildren, Brooks McCullen, Hayes McCullen, Mary Chesnut McCullen and Wells McCullen; and his siblings, Sharon Kenan and Tim McCullen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
