He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Crocker Campbell; his parents, Hubert Campbell and Daphne Deans Campbell; his sister Gladys; and his brother-in-law William Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Craig (Karen), Keith (Christy) and Lynne Tolson; his grandchildren, Ariel Wilkins (Mark Zeltmann) and Jimmy Campbell (Haley Erexson); his great grandchild Dawson Zeltmann; and his nieces, Vickie Elliott, Peggy Rogers and Rebecca Hardesty.
