He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Jones and Eva Wilder Jones; his wife Annievee B. Jones; his son Danny Lee Jones; and his siblings, Adelle Honeycutt, Ada Kittle, Irene Coggins, Ruth Casper, Shirley Carroll, Donald Jones and Lewis Jones.
He is survived by: his son Michael F. Jones (Kathy) of Benson. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 US 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, NC 27520). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
