He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sanders Stevens and Daisy Vick Otto Stevens. He is survived by: his wife LaRue Stevens; his sons, Carl Ray Stevens of Clayton, Andrew James Stevens (Michelle) of Farmville and Darren Otto Stevens of Clayton; his grandsons, Garrett and Dustin Gore-Stevens; and his brothers, Marvin Sanders Stevens of Smithfield and Carl Edgar Stevens of Georgia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
